Godrej Properties has inked collaborative contracts to cooperatively construct three new housing projects that comprise two in Bangalore and one in Noida.
The developer has got into the books with a conjunct enterprise with Sai Srushti Group to construct a 100-acre land package on NH-648, close to Devanahalli Town in North Bangalore. This is slated to come up as Godrej Properties’ first planned construction endeavor and it is a move to build nearly 2.15 million sq. ft. on the lines of this project, the firm conveyed in a release.

The second project, again located in Bangalore, is a cooperative one with patrons as the Lahari Music Group, South India’s most prominent music band, to construct 17 acres of land, with the likelihood of additionally expanding the construction on 24 acres, in Electronic City Phase – I, bordering the principal Wipro Campus in South Bangalore.
Godrej Properties is clearing the decks to build a state-of-the-art housing project of close to 1.4 million sq. ft., with a free will to additionally advance it to 2 million sq. ft. With this Godrej Properties will reach a count of seventeen projects in Bangalore alone.
Godrej has its third project in Noida Expressway’s micro market. The builder will be coming up with a group housing scheme on the lines of the development management model in association with the Ace Group.
