We are currently in the preliminary stage but happy to share more details once logistics are finalized.”

The selected architect and builder for the Delhi-NCR project is Tribeca Developers, which is Trump’s sole Indian associate and M3M India, an estate agent in Delhi. The development backed by a ₹2,500-crore revenue caliber, with twin towers, is likely to be concluded within the coming five years.

“As the developer of ultra-luxury properties, it is very common to host our international customers for a number of special events,” said Kalpesh Mehta, founder, Tribeca Developers. “Given the tremendous success of our recent launches with Trump, we have discussed preliminary plans to host a celebratory event for an exclusive group of owners in NYC where they would have the opportunity to experience the Trump brand first-hand. The details of this event are still being finalized and we look forward to sharing more information in the coming months.”

The project that covers an area of 1.25 million sq. ft. in Gurgaon, is Trump’s most formidable super-luxury home development in India. This Trump Tower will be the fourth of its kind to be constructed in India and it ushers the entrance of the Trump Tower trade mark into the Delhi-NCR territory.
