US realty brand ‘Trump Towers’ will make a grand entry in the Northern part of India in a joint venture with realty sector firms M3M India and Tribeca Developers, which rolled out an opulent homes project in Gurugram on January 10. 2018 that comprises investments marked at Rs 1,200 crore.
M3M and Tribeca will construct 250 super luxury category houses under the licensed banner of The Trump Organization that is being headed by Donald Trump Jr, whose father is US President Donald Trump. In the beginning, it will have three and four bedroom apartments which will be within the price range of Rs 5 crore to Rs 10 crore. The dimensions of the apartment is from 3,500 sq ft to 6000 sq ft.
There is already one Trump Tower project each in India in Pune, Mumbai and Kolkata, this will be the fourth one. M3M India Director Pankaj Bansal states that they would soon begin with the sale of “Trump Towers Delhi NCR”, a residential construct, at the premium Golf Course Extension Road of Gurugram. As echoed by Donald Trump Jr., Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization in a statement: “Trump Towers Delhi NCR will fast emerge as the most eminent location in the city.

According to Bansal, the project would run at a cost of Rs 1,200 crore which does not include land price. M3M India and Tribeca are positive of sales profits of Rs 2,500 crore from this endeavor. This will be the largest Trump project in India that sprawls across more than one million sq ft, Tribeca founder Kalpesh Mehta said, in addition to that designing the project took two years.
He also added that the firm is aiming for a high net worth segment of people and NRIs to sell this project. The land for the project comes from M3M India and the company would also do the development on it.
Tribeca holds the exclusive rights to promote this project; on the other hand, The Trump Organization has given the Trump brand. In India, The Trump Organization has launched a luxury project in Pune in collaboration with Panchshil Realty. It had also partnered with the Lodha Group in 2014 for residential project in Mumbai.
